Google Play Listing Preview
Enter your texts to see how they sit in a Google Play result card and the app page, with anything over the limit struck through.
Privacy and cost
This tool runs in your browser. What you type or paste is not sent to our servers and it costs nothing to use.
How it works
- Enter the title, short description, full description and, if you like, the developer name.
- The tool shows a result card and an app page with a neutral icon: no file is uploaded.
- Text beyond the Google Play limit appears struck through and the full description is folded at an estimated point.
Example
With the title "PulseFit Home Workout Planner" (29/30), a 62-character short description out of 80 and a 487-character full description: everything fits the limits, and the full description is folded before its end in the preview.
What the result means
The preview is approximate: the real layout varies by device and Play Store version. It shows no rating, install count or price because no data is invented. It is for rereading your texts in place.
Common problems this tool helps with
- The short description is read first: you need to see whether it explains the app in one sentence.
- A title that is too long is refused by the Play Console, and you only find out when saving.
- The start of the full description is what shows before "more"; it has to hold the essentials.
Frequently asked questions
Is the preview identical to the Play Store?
No, it is approximate. The exact display depends on the device and Play Store version, and the fold point is an estimate.
Do I need to provide the app icon?
No. No file is asked for: a neutral icon with the initials of the title is shown.
Why no rating or install count?
Because the tool does not know that data and does not invent it.
