Pricing questions
What are monthly credits and bonus credits?
Subscriptions include monthly credits that reset every billing period. Credit packs you buy once are bonus credits: they never reset and never expire. Monthly credits are spent first.
What happens if a check fails?
You are only charged when the run succeeds. If the provider errors or times out, the credits are released.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to Free. Your reports stay accessible.
Do I need a subscription for recurring checks?
Yes. Rank tracking, scheduled audits and alerts run on our infrastructure every day, so they need an active subscription. You can always run the same check on demand with credits.
