ASO Batch Competitor Analysis

Screen a whole niche at once: where each app sits against the median and which words every title shares.

Privacy and cost

This tool uses paid live data. A run costs 20 credits, only charged when it succeeds. Recent identical requests are served from a cache, which keeps costs and prices low.

No subscription required for credits.

How it works

  1. Choose the store and country, then paste 3 to 10 URLs, ids or package names, one per line.
  2. The tool loads each public listing; an app that cannot be found is reported without blocking the others.
  3. You get a comparison table, the batch medians, the terms present in at least half of the titles and those unique to one app.

Example

On eight sleep-tracking apps in the US storefront, the report gives the median title length, median rating and median update age, then the words half or more of the titles contain and those that set each app apart.

What the result means

Medians describe the niche as apps present themselves, not user demand. "Table stakes" terms are those half the competitors put in their title: leaving them out is not a mistake, but it is a choice to be aware of. Apple's subtitle is not exposed, so only titles are compared on the App Store.

Common problems this tool helps with

  • Placing your app against an entire niche rather than a single competitor.
  • Spotting the niche's standard vocabulary and the words that are truly distinctive.
  • Seeing which apps are old or heavy compared with the median.
  • Preparing an ASO market study before a launch or a listing overhaul.

Frequently asked questions

How many credits does the analysis cost?

Pricing is per block of 5 apps: 3 to 5 apps make one block, 6 to 10 make two. Nothing is charged if the analysis fails.

What if an app cannot be found?

It is listed as not loaded and the analysis continues with the others, as long as at least one remains.

Can I mix iOS and Android?

Yes, if you paste URLs from both stores. Otherwise every entry is read as belonging to the chosen store.
