Product Schema Generator

Describe your product and the Product JSON-LD builds live. The offer and ratings appear only if you fill them in yourself.

Privacy and cost

This tool runs in your browser. What you type or paste is not sent to our servers and it costs nothing to use.

How it works

  1. Enter the product's name, description, images, brand and identifiers (SKU, GTIN).
  2. Fill in the offer only if you know it: price with a decimal point, ISO 4217 currency, availability and condition, all optional.
  3. Enable the ratings section only if real user ratings are displayed on the page: the tool then warns you about Google's policy.

Example

The "Example Desk Lamp" with 2 images, brand, SKU and an offer of 39.90 EUR "in stock", new condition: 0 errors, 0 warnings. With only the product name, the tool reports 1 error (an offer, review or rating is needed) and 4 warnings (image, description, brand, SKU).

What the result means

For a Product Google expects at least a name, plus an offer (price and currency), a review or a rating for product rich results. The tool never invents a price, availability, rating or review: that data must be real and visible on the page. The markup makes the page eligible; it does not guarantee a rich result.

Common problems this tool helps with

  • A price with a currency symbol or thousands separator ("€1,299.00") instead of a plain number ("1299.00").
  • Availability or price in the markup that differs from what the page shows.
  • Ratings or reviews that are invented, copied or written by the company itself, against Google's guidelines.
  • A Product with no offer, no review and no rating: the markup cannot produce a rich result.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the tool not default availability to in stock?

Because an assumed "in stock" may be false. You choose the value; if you leave "Not stated" the property is left out of the code.

Can I add customer ratings?

Yes, if they come from real customers and are visible on the page. Ratings you write yourself or copy from elsewhere go against Google's guidelines and can lead to the markup being ignored or a manual action.

What format should the price use?

A plain number with a decimal point (39.90), with no symbol or thousands separator. The currency goes in its own field as an ISO 4217 code (EUR, USD…).
