Backlink Gap Analysis

Enter your domain and two or three competitors: the tool lists the domains citing them all and not you, each a link lead to go after.

Temporarily unavailable

This tool depends on an external data provider that is not connected right now. Nothing is charged. Please try again later.

Privacy and cost

This tool uses paid live data. A run costs 15 credits, only charged when it succeeds. Recent identical requests are served from a cache, which keeps costs and prices low.

No subscription required for credits.

How it works

  1. Enter your domain and two to three competitors (one per line).
  2. The tool searches the backlink index for domains that link to all the competitors and excludes those already linking to you.
  3. You get the list sorted by rank with the number of links to each competitor, exportable as CSV for your outreach.

Example

Your domain "example.com", competitors "rival1.com" and "rival2.com": the list shows sites that cite both competitors but never "example.com", with the number of links to each.

What the result means

A site citing several of your competitors knows your niche and is willing to reference it: a more realistic link lead than a random site. The list is not a promise of a link: each site still needs a contact and a reason to cite you. Rank and coverage come from the provider's index.

Common problems this tool helps with

  • Building a link-outreach list from sites already favourable to your niche.
  • Seeing how competitors earned their links and where you are absent.
  • Prioritising sites by rank before reaching out.

Frequently asked questions

Why at least two competitors?

The tool looks for sites linking to all the listed competitors: you need at least two for that overlap to mean something.

The result is empty, why?

No domain cites all these competitors without citing you. Try other competitors, or only two.

Are these links guaranteed?

No. They are outreach leads: you still have to convince each site with content or a reason to cite you.
