Privacy and cost
This tool runs a live check on our servers. Free accounts get 3 live checks per day in total across all such tools. We keep your report in your account so you can delete it any time.
How it works
- Connect Search Console (read-only).
- The tool computes your median CTR per position band.
- It lists top-10 queries far below it, ranked by potential extra clicks.
Example
A query at position 3 with 4,000 impressions and 0.8% CTR, while your median at that position is 6%: roughly 200 more clicks possible.
What the result means
The comparison uses YOUR own data, not a market average. A low CTR can also come from a result feature (snippet, AI answer) capturing the clicks. The potential is an estimate, not a promise.
Common problems this tool helps with
- A title that does not make people want to click.
- A missing or truncated meta description.
- A query whose intent does not match the page.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the CTR baseline come from?
From your own site's median per position band, not an external benchmark.
How many impressions are needed?
We keep only queries with at least 100 impressions in the period.
What should I do next?
Rework the page's title and meta description, then check the effect after a few weeks.
